Given the requirement of working in a 24×7 environment, flexibility in shift schedules is essential. The role may involve night shifts, weekend duties, and the ability to work under time-bound situations.

Fluency in Arabic is the primary requirement for this role. Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak Arabic with native-level or near-native proficiency. In addition, strong English communication skills are mandatory, as most internal communication, training, and documentation will be in English. The ability to switch between both languages seamlessly during customer conversations is a significant advantage.

Ideal candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in customer service, technical support, operations, BPO, or related fields. However, freshers with strong language proficiency and aptitude may also be considered. A graduate degree is required, ensuring candidates possess basic professional understanding, analytical abilities, and readiness for corporate environments. Good aptitude skills—such as logical thinking, comprehension, and quick learning—are also crucial for succeeding in this role.
