🔑 Key Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (B2) and English – speaking, reading, and writing.

Emotionally strong and able to handle graphic, violent, sexual, abusive, hate, or sensitive content with professionalism.

Ability to follow strict policies and review guidelines.

Ability to read/write more than one Indian regional language (preferred).

📝 Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content including sensitive categories (adult, sexual, violent, hateful, illegal acts, tragedy, death, etc.).

Take appropriate action as per policy and client requirements.

Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance in all moderation tasks.

Work independently with a strong work ethic.
