About the Job Role: E-commerce Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

This is a remote international BPO role focused on delivering customer support for e-commerce clients, primarily through voice and blended (voice/chat) processes. The position is suitable for candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via voice and/or chat channels

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally

  • Use CRM tools to document interactions and track resolutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases

  • Identify recurring issues and escalate systemic problems

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
