About the Job Role: E-commerce Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)
This is a remote international BPO role focused on delivering customer support for e-commerce clients, primarily through voice and blended (voice/chat) processes. The position is suitable for candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable handling international customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via voice and/or chat channels
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
Use CRM tools to document interactions and track resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases
Identify recurring issues and escalate systemic problems
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
