Resonsibilities
Ownership for the end-to-end execution of inwarding (GRN) processes at a pod level for all perishable/non-perishable SKUs.
Work closely with pod operations and procurement teams to drive process adherence and meet inwarding turn-around-time targets.
Responsible for supplier wise weekly/monthly reconciliation of the GRNs with the finance teams to enable timely payout.
Build ad-hoc reports to analyze pod/supplier wise discrepancies and implement POA on the same.
Help in analysis on availability of critical SKUs from an inwarding time and process point of view.
Requirements
Working knowledge of Excel/google sheets.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Should be proficient in English. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Should be a team player & proactive in taking up ad-hoc tasks apart from daily roster.
0-2 years of prior experience in procurement / purchase / operations.
