Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time.
  • Source and attract talent and manage projects.
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data. 
  • Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information.
  • Deliver quality results in a timely manner, individually, and through others. 

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a staffing role or related work.
  • Experience in staffing and the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Experience in building and executing a talent acquisition strategy.

Preferred qualifications

  • Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations.
  • Ability to solve problems based on due diligence of information and attention to accuracy of detailed information.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
