Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Lead with spoken proficiency in Malayalam and has some experience in managing key partners. You will be onboarding and managing the key accounts, handling their queries, and providing visibility operations to key partners on a daily basis. You will also be managing Long Format content on Sharechat under various genres as assigned. You will be responsible for solving queries of partners by coordinating with different teams and verticals to increase partner’s satisfaction on our platform.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze the creator ecosystem and various formats of Long-form Content
Onboard potential KOLs, independent partners/Individual creators, and Publishers on share chat across Genres.
Creates a systematic, process-driven approach to maintain and manage partner relationships and therefore increase the stickiness of partners on ShareChat
Manage, execute and liaise with all major content creators and ensure weekly optimization of operations. Analyze partner performance and execute strategies and initiatives to improve the performance and drive success and efficiency.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, Build and maintain relationships with Partners/creators and streamline their timely delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams and planning as per the content pipeline.
Uses a professional approach in answering calls/replying via support tools and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues.
Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
Required Skills:
Spoken fluency in Malayalam anguage and بوڑ business proficiency in English
Previous experience in managing key partners, online community relations, support, marketing is a plus
Previous experience in social media domains involving entertainment/music/entertainment/arts, crafts/sports/fashion blogging/tech-related media content writing, etc would be a plus
Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheet) and MS Word (or Google Doc)
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Deep interest in solving issues and making partners happy
Discipline and rigor to ensure day to day tasks are closed with no lags
