Project Manager - Hybrid
Position Summary
The main focus of the role is on applying project management experience, organizational and analytical skills in the following areas: Contribute to the running of assigned internal initiatives to improve team efficiency and productivity; Assisting with documentation of processes; Training and mentoring others at request.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage internal projects to agreed objectives
Manage allocated teams.
Ensure close and regular communication with relevant stakeholders.
Share knowledge and take initiative to improve processes as required.
Where appropriate, design, document and implement processes.
Train and mentor other team members as required
Undertake other tasks and roles for the Company as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Project Management experience.
Experience driving initiatives and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Agility in managing complex tasks and relationships
Excellent organizational skills, analytical in nature with a curiosity towards solving complex problems, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Professional attitude – comfortable working with cross functional and global teams.
Ability to interpret complex policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory documents
Qualifications and Experience
A relevant university degree with strong academic performance
Experience in a project management role in a technology-oriented or services organization.
2 years’ experience in a client facing role.
Experience managing teams and mentoring others.
