Job Description:
Conducting International Voice Process for Premium Telecom Clients.
Demonstrating strong analytical and interpretation skills to resolve customer queries effectively.
Providing excellent communication in English to ensure clear and concise interaction with customers.
Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing customer service.
Candidates with 1 year of international BPO experience will be given preference.
Working in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
Comfortable working from the office located at Plot -131-133, NSEZ, Sector 81, Noida.
5 days working schedule with pickup and drop facilities available.
