Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Office-based
Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts; evening shifts may end between 10-12 PM
Preferred Languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil (with proficiency in English)
Qualification: Graduates & undergraduates welcome to apply
Experience: Freshers and 1-year experienced candidates
Job Description:
Handling customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner
Providing prompt and accurate information to customers’ queries
No sales or target-oriented responsibilities
