Responsibilities:
Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email and online.
Providing support for customers to effectively resolve their queries.
Updating our systems with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Fluency in language (B2 ~ C1)
Flexibility with rotational shifts (Morning, Night, and Overnight)
Grad / Gap year / dropout (UG with no commitment)
3 - 6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)
