Responsibilities
Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Freshers are eligible
Candidate should be able to Speak/read/comprehend in Hindi/ Urdu and English language
Preferred qualifications
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Analytical skills with customer centric approach
Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
