Customer Support Executive at Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. 

Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers. 

Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. 

Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. 

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat.

Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Problem Resolution:

Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Update customer records in the system.

Manage CRM tools effectively to log customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

Technical Assistance:

Provide basic troubleshooting and support for product or service-related technical issues (if applicable).

Sales Support (optional):

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.

Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives, if applicable.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to customer problems.

Share customer feedback and insights with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Employment - Full Time, Permanent

6 days working, Rotational Shift & Off

Minimum 6months of experience is required

Qualification - Graduation

Having excellent communication skills. (English/ Hindi)

Immediate joiners only.

Work Location - Hyderabad (Work from office)

Salary - 2.4 - 2.7LPA
