We are looking for a dedicated Website Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Bangalore. This role is essential for providing outstanding customer service to our Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through email, chat, and other digital communication channels in Arabic and English.
Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Assist customers in navigating the website, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Continuously update and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
Provide feedback on website usability and customer experience improvements.
Requirements
Fluency in Arabic (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is also required.
Previous experience of 2- 4 years in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be based in Bangalore, India (No remote work option).
