Tech Mahindra – Hiring for International Customer Support



Work Location: Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
Cab Facility: Both ways (pick-up and drop within the transport radius)


Role & Responsibilities:

As part of Tech Mahindra’s International Inbound Voice process, you will:

  • Customer Support: Handle international inbound calls with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Billing Queries: Resolve billing issues using effective query-solving techniques and provide clear, concise information.
    • Address questions about billing cycles, due dates, recurring bills, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
  • Active Listening: Understand customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Required Profile:

We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Experience:

    • Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support, particularly in billing-related queries.
    • Proven track record of resolving customer billing issues efficiently.
  2. Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and provide well-structured responses.
    • Capability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
    • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
  3. Knowledge Areas:

    • Understanding of billing concepts, including billing cycles, due dates, prorated charges, and service taxes.
    • Familiarity with recurring bills, auto-pay, and surcharges.
  4. Work Environment:

    • Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift (5 days a week).
    • Customer-centric approach with logical thinking and spontaneity.
  5. Personality Traits:

    • Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
