What you’ll do
First Source Laboratory Solutions is looking for Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Technical Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay abreast of industry trends
Provide technical guidance and support to potential clients during the sales process
Sales Strategy:Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Client Engagement:Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges
Present product demonstrations and articulate the technical benefits to potential clients
Proposal Development:Prepare and present technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives
Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet client specifications
Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical insights and solutions to address their business challenges

Sales Support:Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, etc)
Proven experience in technical sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
