Role: Associate/Analyst Review Operations

Mandatory work from office for 6-months, post which hybrid model is allowed.

Location: Meenakshi Tech Park, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Facilities available at office - Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch

PS: Candidates who are based in Hyderabad and is willing to work from office only Apply. This role is exclusively for freshers.

Note: There is no cab facility.

Shift: Rotational Shift (during night shift the candidates can work from home)

Description:

Video Reviewing process

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Confidence, good team player and quick learner.

High on Observation and Analytical Skills.

Ability to concentrate, review videos without distraction to resolution.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance, flexible with the working schedule.

Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems

Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback

accordingly
