Key Responsibilities
The primary role of the Customer Care Executive is to handle collections effectively for credit card and personal loan accounts while ensuring seamless communication with customers in English, Telugu, and Hindi. The responsibilities include:
Debt Recovery:
- Managing collections for credit card and personal loan portfolios.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups with customers for payment reminders.
- Adhering to company protocols and guidelines for debt recovery.
Customer Communication:
- Establishing clear and professional communication channels with customers in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Addressing customer queries and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Providing solutions tailored to the customer’s financial situation, whenever applicable.
Shift and Operational Flexibility:
- Working rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Maintaining flexibility to adapt to the demands of the operational schedule.
Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification guidelines.
- Following regulatory standards and ethical practices during interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in a collections role.
- Previous experience in credit card and personal loan collections is highly preferred.
Certification:
- Mandatory DRA certification (Debt Recovery Agent certification).
Educational Qualification:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any discipline.
Language Proficiency:
- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Adaptability:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a 6-day work week.
- Immediate availability to join the organization.
