About the Job:


We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our Customer Support Associates will provide Multi-level assistance by diagnosing and solving the issues with the goal of providing the best solution and customer satisfaction.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Voice communication
Go to the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Quick and effectively build the rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues
Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times


Key Skills:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
Resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet company objectives.
Meet performance and quality targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Stay updated on product/service information and industry trends.


Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Grade (Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or voice process is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.


Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Immediate Joiners were preferred
