The Role & Responsibilities

An Analyst in the Strategy department has a dynamic and multi-faceted role which includes working on strategic projects with senior stakeholders to find areas in the business that require innovation/improvement, create strategies to address them, and implement changes to ensure long term success.


Key Role Deliverables:

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify issues and develop recommendations for solving business problems through data analysis and research. Actively participate in evaluating current processes, proposing changes, and implementing new ideas
  • Assessing stakeholders' operations and organizational capabilities to determine optimal service usage and suggest proactive plans to enhance service delivery
  • Assisting in Strategic Planning by helping in the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve business goals
  • Managing projects from inception to completion and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure stakeholders stay on track, while working closely with Senior Management
  • Generating periodic business performance reports focused on stakeholders for management to review aspects such as client growth and operational performance
  • Coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate business planning, monitor organizational capacity, and support business decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and be a part of the team to implement solutions that enhance efficiency
  • Conducting Market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Prerequisites:

  • Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
  • Well versed with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
  • While not a prerequisite, familiarity with Python, Power BI and R, can be beneficial for analyzing data and providing optimal business solutions
