This includes not only linguistic translation but also formatting invoices according to the Arabic reading structure, which follows a right-to-left orientation. The candidate must possess exceptional written skills in Arabic, along with the ability to understand complex billing terminology commonly used in finance, accounting, and legal invoicing. Experience in legal billing is preferred, as many invoices may require precise terminology aligned with compliance standards.
The role involves generating, reviewing, and issuing invoices while maintaining strict accuracy in numerical data, project codes, client details, and service descriptions. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to verify project information, ensure billing instructions are followed, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. A strong understanding of billing workflows, invoice lifecycle, Accounts Receivable functions, and project accounting principles is crucial to meeting the performance standards expected at Kroll.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a billing position or equivalent educational qualifications such as an Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance.
