Role Overview
WPP is looking for an experienced T&E Analyst with strong exposure to Travel & Expense accounting and reconciliation. The role requires hands-on experience with Maconomy, GL reconciliations, and employee query handling. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory, as the role supports UAE-region stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Educate employees on travel and expense policies and correct claim procedures
Verify and process T&E expense claims in Maconomy
Perform reconciliation and clearing of T&E GL account
Prepare month-end accrual and reconciliation reports
Post Maconomy claims and share reconciliation files with the Payment Team
Create and modify employee profiles in relevant system
Handle employee queries using ServiceNow
Monitor and manage the generic mailbox, including employee follow-ups
Perform AMEX reconciliation and provide payment inputs within deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Arabic language proficiency – Mandatory
4–6 years of experience in Travel & Expense / Accounts Payabl
Strong knowledge of:
Expense Claims Processing
GL Accounting & Reconciliation
Month-End Closing
AMEX Reconciliation
Advanced MS Excel skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
