About the Role

Lenskart, India’s leading online eyewear brand, is expanding its international customer operations and is hiring experienced and language-proficient professionals for the position of International Customer Support. This blended customer service role requires handling queries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring high-quality support to customers across global markets. Candidates proficient in Mandarin, Arabic, or Thai with strong English communication skills will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and chat for international customers.

Deliver accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain complete and error-free documentation of interactions in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal departments for escalations and faster resolution.

Meet performance metrics including AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, and TAT.

Follow defined workflows, maintain professionalism, and adhere to service guidelines.

Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory: Proficiency in Mandarin / Arabic / Thai (spoken and written).

Strong command of English communication.

1–4 years of experience in customer support (voice, chat, or blended processes preferred).

Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Solid problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
