Job Overview
Ensetu Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in Time Tracking and CICO rules. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on configuration experience across SAP SF Time Management modules and demonstrate the ability to support complex workforce policies. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Talent Modules
Design and manage:
Work Schedule Rule
Time Profiles
Time Account Types
Time Valuation Rules
Time Events and CICO Rules
Handle accrual corrections, including fixing incorrect balances and carry-forwards
Configure and maintain holiday calendars
Support shift changes and implementation of new time policies
Troubleshoot and resolve time and attendance discrepancies
Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate time data during payroll cut-offs
Provide functional support and documentation for ongoing enhancements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accurate employee time balances
Zero accrual or time valuation errors during payroll cutoff cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–11 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
Strong knowledge of:
Time Tracking
Timesheet Management
CICO Rules
Accruals and Time Valuation
Proficiency in Arabic language (mandatory)
Experience supporting enterprise-level workforce policies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Education
