Job description

Designation - Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Job Profile - Have to resolute customers query over Email / Calls (Blended process)

Mandatory Criteria - Min HighSchool Passed.

1. Fresher & Experience both can apply
2. Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skill
3. Must have excellent Email writing skills in English
4. Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
5. Mandatory System requirement for Work from Home'
6. Must have laptop/Desktop with webcam
7. Windows 10 Original version mandatory
8. 4 GB RAM
9. Speaker & Microphone in Working condition'
10. Active antivirus
11. Broadband or Wi-Fi
12. Noise Cancellation Headset / Headphone

Other requirement

1. Customer orientation.
2. Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
3. No planned leave for upcoming 3 months post joining
4. Shift 9 hour a day, with 8 hrs work and 1-hour break

Interview Structure- (Virtual base)

1. HR round - General check
2. Typing test (30WPM/90% Accuracy)
3. Grammar test
4. Client round
