Requirements
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with education from and/or previous service in pre-eminent institutions of higher education.
- Have a strong research potential demonstrated by relevant publications in high-impact journals.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
2. Assistant Professor/Associate Professor
Requirements
- A minimum of a doctoral degree in Chemical Science is required.
- Candidates for the Assistant Professor post should have at least one year of postdoctoral experience in a leading laboratory
- Able to demonstrate strong potential for excellence in teaching together with the potential to develop a high-quality program of scholarship
3. Chair, English
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in English or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 12 years teaching and postgraduate research experience (at least 5 of which should be at the level of Professor).
- Minimum of 5 years scholarly activity and research.
4. Chair, Humanities And Social Sciences
Requirements
- Doctoral degree
- Minimum of 12 years teaching and postgraduate research experience (at least 5 of which should be at the level of Professor).
- Minimum of 5 years scholarly activity and research
- Good interpersonal skills
5. Lecturer/Senior Lecturer
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Chemical Science (not a PhD) is required together
- Three years (eight years for a Senior post) teaching experience, preferably in higher education.
- The post holder will teach Chemistry in mainly introductory and/or freshman levels.
