Understand the duties, responsibilities and targets of the MTMs.
Participate in morning meetings
Suggest measures to develop the talents of the MTMS.
Understand the Performance Management System Process.
Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall engagement andmotivation.
Understand the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Area Sales Executive
Requirements
Any qualification
Interest in sales
Confidence, Communication, Business Development, Client Relations
Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue generation and payment collections on Agreement execution.
Learn and understand various MDPL projects and its prices
Provide frequent reviews with sales data to superiors.
Participate in meetings with Head to communicate about closed deals.
Negotiate/close deals and handle grievances and queries.
