Role: Email Support Executive (Non -Voice Process)

Location: Chennai - FAYOLA Towers – Pallaikaranai
Qualification: HSC passed / any graduate / arrear can be considered.
Exp. Range 0 - 3 Years

Working hours: Mon to Sun – Rotational Week off – 6 days’ work

Notice period – Immediate Joiners

Salary breakup details:
Fresher: 14,416 INR CTC Per month; 12000 Take home
Experience: 18,083 INR CTC Per month: 14700 Take home

Requirement details:

0 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.

Good typing skills

Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.

Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)

Preferably Immediate joiners.

Transport: Drop will be provided for late evening logouts

Scope: Email handling in English language only

Typing speed – 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

Soft Skills: Good written communication skills in English
