Role Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate.
Industry Type- BPO.
Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
Education Qualification- Any Graduation.
Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Pure dayshifts only. (09:00 AM- 06:00 PM)
SALARY- 250000-380000 Per Year.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling customer & merchant calls.
Handling sales calls and pitch for sales.
Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
Handling enquiry and service calls.
Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Eligibility Criteria: -
1. Excellent Communication Skills in English & Malayalam.
2. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome (English & Malayalam.)
3. Voice/Semi Voice Process experience is considered.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Good typing skills ( 25-30 WPM)
6. Immediate Joiners preferred.
7.No cab facility.
