Select Account Manager 

The Select Account Manager (MAM) will build and promote the company’s position as the worldwide leader in Cyber Security within assigned selected Mid Enterprise and Commercial account patch. Must be a key contributor to the revenue growth and manage CSAT with company growth targets.  Accountable for managing Mid Enterprise patch and develop Customer relationship within the guidelines of Fortinet’s programs. The MAM is responsible for sales & revenue, Fortinet products penetration (Selling Fortinet Fabric capability) and service adoption.   

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle a combination of very Strategic accounts (Mid Enterprise, with a  BFSI focus with very few from other Industry verticals). 
  2. Expect hired resource to be hands-on on all counts of Sales and Account Management
  3. Acquire and farm with-in the assigned Mid-Enterprise patch of accounts
  4. Achieve desired revenue target in each account 
  5. Develop multi-level extensive relationship building HEAT maps and Account Cards 
  6. Organize specific events & marketing initiatives for accounts to get mind share 
  7.  Ability to hold CXO conversation and build double digit growth
  8. Follow Fortinet sales forecast and internal update process. 
  9. Drive architecture discussions with clients and help deliver POC/POV 
  10. Drive certification and training program in farming accounts. 
  11. Do business ethically and meet Fortinet compliance guidelines.      

 

Job Experience Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management. Preferably in Mid Enterprise ITES and BFSI sectors in district Cooperative banks
  • Should have Local Market knowledge 
  • Experience building Account, business and marketing plans.  
  • Experience using multi partner/channel model to achieve desired results
  • Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, development and drive joint business engagement with partner
  • Should have experience in new client acquisition and farming existing clients. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to speak English fluently
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good to have knowledge of Cyber security, Networking & Security Operation product and solutions   
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Competitive, self-starter, team player

Educational Requirement:

·     BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree in Business admiration preferred.
