Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Team Lead for our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) along with 9-14+ years of relevant experience. This role will be based in Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative operational cadences, enhancing existing processes.
Refresh existing standardized models and presentations, adding analysis where necessary.
Input forecast changes into financial systems and handle data reconciliation support activities.
Utilize Anaplan and other tools for data input, reconciliation, and analysis.
Assist Sales Representatives in understanding revenue reports impacting compensation.
Investigate tickets/variances, respond to questions, and create standard responses for FAQs.
Analyze questions to create training materials and identify backend accounting data for visibility improvement.
Perform first-pass variance analysis on a monthly basis for expense & revenue teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
9-14+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or related fields.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like Anaplan, Salesforce, Gsheet, and Excel.
Ability to work night shifts (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
