Job Description:
The Google Ads Platforms Support Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of Google Ads platforms by conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads platforms and experience in quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research on Google Ads platforms to identify potential issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
Resolve issues by working with cross-functional teams.
Write and publish reports on findings and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on changes to Google Ads platforms.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads.
Proven track record of success in managing complex Google Ads campaigns for large or enterprise-level clients.
Strong understanding of Google Ads Platforms (Platforms DV360, Platforms CM, Platforms SA360, Platforms Billing, Platforms AB, Platforms Studio).
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service skills: ability to make decisions based on the best interests of customers, and the technical escalations team.
