Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for candidates who are just starting their careers or have a few years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

You will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times is crucial.

Communication:

Strong communication skills are essential in this role. You must be proficient in English and Hindi, both written and spoken. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively in at least one regional language, such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, or Kannada. This multilingual ability will help you cater to a diverse customer base.

Process Adherence:

You will be required to follow company and client-specific processes accurately. This includes handling customer information securely, adhering to data privacy regulations, and ensuring that all interactions meet the company’s quality standards. Attention to detail is key to ensuring that all processes are followed correctly.

Problem-Solving:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will encounter various customer issues that require quick and effective resolution. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to identify the root cause of issues and provide appropriate solutions. You will need to think on your feet and be resourceful in finding resolutions that satisfy the customer while aligning with company policies.

Team Collaboration:

Working as part of a team is an integral part of this role. You will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure that customer queries are resolved efficiently. Being a good team player involves sharing knowledge, supporting others, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Flexibility:

The role requires flexibility in terms of working hours and shifts. You should be willing to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Additionally, you may be required to work at the client’s location, so adaptability is important.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.

0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in at least one regional language such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, or Kannada.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.

Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work shifts.
