About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaking) within our Commercial Department based in Bangalore. This role is instrumental to Tumodo’s continued expansion into Arabic-speaking markets, and you will be a key contributor to our lead generation and business development efforts.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact between Tumodo and potential clients. Your role involves identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying high-potential prospects that align with Tumodo’s business goals. You’ll be working closely with the sales team, and your insights will help shape our strategy in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaking), your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Your focus will be on Arabic-speaking markets, so cultural awareness and language fluency are key.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads to determine their potential fit as Tumodo clients. Gather essential information on their business needs, travel requirements, and decision-making processes.

  • CRM Management: Utilize Tumodo’s CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipeline progress, and maintain accurate records of all lead activities.

  • Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor strategies. Use this knowledge to personalize outreach and add value during initial conversations.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives and senior sales professionals. Handoff qualified leads with comprehensive background details to ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to lead generation, email outreach, and call volumes. You will play a crucial role in hitting broader departmental revenue targets.

  • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, sales boot camps, and one-on-one coaching. You will continually build your knowledge about Tumodo’s services, business travel trends, and sales best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, both spoken and written. This includes the ability to create professional correspondence, engage in persuasive conversations, and comprehend technical content in both languages.

  • Experience in sales or lead generation roles, particularly within outbound or cold-calling environments, is preferred. Freshers with a strong aptitude for communication and sales are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM will be a plus.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.

  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to remain motivated and productive under pressure.

  • Prior experience working with clients from the Middle East or North Africa region will be an added advantage.
