Role: Payroll Analyst
Desired Experience Range: 1-5 yrs
Shift: Should be comfortable with night and rotational shifts
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree or Postgraduate
Mode of Working: Work from Office

Job Description:
- 1 to 5 Years of Experience in UK payroll
- Should have experience in Payroll Processing (preferably UK payroll)
- Should have end to end experience in processing salary changes and various life cycle of employee pay component.
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliances of UK payroll
- Should know how to calculate Tax, Pensions
- Should be familiar with year start/Year end activities of UK payroll
- Should have experience in handling voice and email query of client/Customer/employees
- Good working experience in SAP
- Good working experience in MS office Excel, Word, PPT
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Ability to read comprehend and responds to emails
- Would be responsible in processing various payroll inputs from starter to leaver
- Would be responsible in doing payroll checks along with other team members.
- Would be responsible for processing various requests in relation to pension, leaves and taxes.
- Would be responsible in producing various payroll reports for stakeholders.
- Would be required to take active role in year start/END activities as well as UAT/UVT as per requirement
- Should be a team player and flexible ensuring that SLA/KPI are met

Job Description:
- Overall work experience of 1-5 years with experience in supporting Recruitment & Onboarding function for an organization.
- Should have worked to source / screen candidates for organization or on behalf of the customer
- Schedule interviews with the clients and closing the positions.
- Prepare and assist the client with reports related to market benchmarking.
- Assist the client with audit reports as and when required. Along with the monthly weekly status of hiring.
- Need to be able to communicate and understand the background around market strategies incorporated for better recruitment process.
