📝 Job Description

As a Content Moderation Executive in the Voice/Blended category, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the platform’s policies and community guidelines. You will also work with internal teams to handle customer concerns and escalate content-related issues where necessary. The role requires attention to detail, quick decision-making abilities, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Moderation:
    You will be tasked with reviewing various forms of user-generated content such as text, images, and videos to determine whether it complies with platform guidelines. This will involve using proprietary tools and judgment to remove inappropriate content, flag sensitive material, and ensure a safe digital experience for users.

  2. Accuracy and Timeliness:
    Meeting the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turn-Around Times (TATs) is critical. You must complete all assigned moderation tasks efficiently and accurately, with a focus on meeting daily and monthly productivity and quality benchmarks.

  3. Decision Making:
    The job requires consistent and reliable decision-making when handling sensitive or gray-area content. You should be able to interpret and apply policies quickly and correctly in real-time situations.

  4. Shift Flexibility:
    As the role involves content servicing across different geographies, you will be expected to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts as per business requirements.

  5. Client Communication (if needed):
    Although primarily non-voice, the blended nature of the job may occasionally require interaction with internal stakeholders or clients through email, chat, or voice support.

  6. Compliance and Confidentiality:
    As you will handle user data and sensitive content, maintaining client confidentiality and following all data protection protocols is a must.

  7. Performance Monitoring:
    You are expected to track your own performance, manage productivity, and report discrepancies or challenges to team leads. Continuous learning and keeping pace with policy updates is essential.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong set of soft and technical skills, including:

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
    You must demonstrate fluent spoken and written English. Your communication should be clear, concise, and professional. CEFR C1 proficiency or above is preferred, which means you can understand complex texts, interact fluently, and produce detailed content.

  • Typing Proficiency:
    You should be able to type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in the preferred language. Accuracy in typing and attention to grammatical details are crucial.

  • MS Office & Computer Literacy:
    A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using digital platforms and internal tools is required.

  • Critical Thinking:
    The ability to make quick decisions and use sound judgment while moderating sensitive or inappropriate content is key.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
    While the core responsibility is content moderation, the end goal is to ensure an excellent user experience. Hence, being user-focused and empathetic is important.

  • Adaptability:
    You must be open to feedback, adapt to new tools, policies, and workflows, and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

Educational Qualifications

  • Required: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
