This is a full-time, work-from-office position located in Tidel Park, OMR, Chennai, and requires immediate or willing-to-relocate candidates only.

Salary Package:

  • 2.5 to ₹ 4 LPA

  • The final package will be based on interview performance and previous salary (if experienced).

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

  • Graduates and postgraduates can also apply

  • No specific stream required

Age Criteria:

  • Candidates should be between 18 to 30 years of age

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency:

    • Mandatory Fluency in Malayalam

    • Additional proficiency in Telugu or Kannada is an added advantage

    • Clear and confident voice communication

  2. Selling and Negotiation Skills:

    • Good persuasive abilities to explain financial products to customers

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  3. Education:

    • Minimum: 12th Pass

    • No graduation or degree required to apply

  4. Experience:

    • Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply

    • Previous experience in telecalling, voice process, banking BPO, telesales, or financial sales is preferred but not mandatory

  5. Relocation Required:

    • Candidates applying from outside Chennai must relocate

    • There is no virtual or work-from-home option

  6. Gender:

    • Both male and female candidates are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Telecalling & Sales Support:

    • Outbound calling to prospective customers using provided leads

    • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable financial products (personal loans, credit cards, etc.)

  2. Product Explanation:

    • Explaining the features, eligibility, and benefits of financial products over the phone

    • Guiding customers through the loan or credit card application process

  3. Mother Tongue Calling:

    • Calls will be made in the candidate’s regional language, i.e., Malayalam

  4. Target Achievement:

    • Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly activity and sales targets

    • Ensuring high productivity and consistent performance

  5. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with customers

    • Following up with leads and closing the sale

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam

  • Basic understanding of financial products like loans and credit cards

  • Customer handling and relationship-building skills

  • Goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Confidence and presence of mind while handling objections and queries

  • Familiarity with call center systems or CRM tools is an added advantage
