Srishti Innovative Computer Systems Pvt Ltd are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients. They are looking for fresher candidates with technical knowledge in mobile application and website development.
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue target
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the software industry.
Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
