 About the Job



We are seeking a Content Analyst - Arabic Language expert; to join the Corporate Actions team. Team is responsible for collection, maintenance, analysis and dissemination of high-quality corporate Actions data for clients using Eikon, DataScope and other service.. Purpose of this role is to use domain expertise, skills and specific knowledge within the Corporate Actions content to provide explanation, guidance and make necessary corrections/improvements in the content to support client queries/concerns.. To ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data delivered and maintained.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness as per Standards.

Work reliably within teams, proactively identifying the problems and resolving.

Proficiency in speaking, writing, and translating Arabic language is required and is responsible to cover the Middle East markets. Graduation or post-graduation or an equivalent degree in Arabic language is a must.

Communicate & liaise with internal and external data contributors for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers.

Supports Integration projects, as assigned by the Team Leader.

Proactively govern and resolve data problems.

Train or support less experienced team members.

Posseses excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team environment.

Strong critical thinking, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Experience in collaborating with internal/external clients to settle needs.

Confirmed analytic, innovation and initiative.

Attention to details.

Flexibility to work in any shift depending on business requirement.

Basic Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

Team-spirit and friendly demeanour

Qualification

Arabic Language expert is compulsion.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree preferably in Finance or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments
