Job Description:

Candidate must be fluent in WRITTEN & ORAL FRENCH (Min reqm DELF B1 certification) alongside STRONG communication skills in ENGLISH

Role is CUSTOMER FACING and candidate is required to deliver excellent CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE by resolving queries timely via Email & Chat from customers on OTIF basis (On-time in-Full)

Candidate must demonstrate strong ANALYTICAL & CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDSET, CENTRICITY and demonstrates EMPATHY while communicating with customers

Candidate must have good INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, TEAM PLAYER MINDSET and can COLLABORATE with other internal stakeholders to resolve the customer's query.

Candidate must have STRONG PROFICIENCY in MSOffice applications (Excel, Outlook, Onedrive, Teams)

Prior experience in Customer service/Shipping & logistics/documentation/Live Chat/Transaction processing role will be an added advantage

Is an Individual Contributor role & reports directly into the Team Manager

Location: Chennai

Flex work (50% at Office and 50% WFH every week) and NO permanent WFH
