About the Job Role: Onboarding Specialist
This role is a customer onboarding and enablement position that bridges sales, product, and customer success. The primary objective is to ensure merchants are successfully onboarded, trained, and operational on Bytize’s platform with high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate merchant onboarding and collect business requirements
Understand merchant workflows and configure accounts accordingly
Coordinate new requirements committed by the sales team and track deployment
Create and upload item catalogs as per merchant needs
Set up hardware (POS, printers, KDS, waiter apps, etc.)
Deliver end-to-end training on software and hardware
Maintain continuous engagement with merchants throughout onboarding
Ensure timely deployment of add-ons and custom developments
Collect onboarding feedback and work with Customer Success to improve satisfaction

Experience: 1–3 years in onboarding, customer success, or account setup
Communication: Strong English communication mandatory
