What you’ll do
Role Summary
Functional Responsibility
Program Management Support and Reporting
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, leadership and driving timeline achievability.
Updates OCM project plans, as needed and preparation of project plans for subsequent phases.
Perform routine program validation to ensure the projects are on track and measure/monitor/manage project health.
Supports the Program OCM Lead in implementation of all OCM program level activities and deliverables.
Creates the OCM charters and preparation of RACI framework.
Owns the OCM Project Plan, updates the weekly Governance Slide and managing and controlling scope, governance.
Suggest improvements to teams on how their project plans can be further enhanced/streamlined to ensure successful execution.
Facilitate recurring OCM team meetings, ensuring decisions critical to the project are prioritize for lead review.
Supports coordination with the SMEs and content reviewers, supporting the other OCM leads if deadlines are not being met.
Support on Hypercare, UAT phases and facilitate change management.
Create/update Smartsheet/PowerBI/Tableau based dashboards to facilitate visual program monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate independently with team leads on program execution and collation of topics and materials to be presented for S&P leadership visibility and approval.
Monitor execution risks across various teams and projects, collaborate with owners to ensure mitigation, and provide routine reports.
Remain agile to lead ad-hoc responsibility areas.
Oversee preparation of content and PPT slides for reporting program updates to S&P leadership and board of directors.
Support team members in executing project management responsibilities.
Essential Qualification
Graduation
Project Management certification will be added advantage
Experience
5+ years practical experience in supporting end-to-end project management and governance work for big-ticket/company-wide projects, including strategic initiatives
Hands-on experience in collaborating independently across functions/teams to execute project objectives within the committed timeline
Experienced in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities that facilitate efficient/effective execution of projects
Independent creation of PPT slides and visual dashboards for project reporting
Skills
Strong oral and written communication
Adept at developing partnerships
High proactivity, agility, accountability, and independence
Strong advanced excel skills; Knowledge of automation tools (Python/R) would be an added advantage
Strong client focus to adapt to changing customer needs
Good presentation and PPT skills
Visualization tools (Smartsheet/Power BI/Tableau)
