As a key member of our Financial Processing Services division, you will support global operations with high-quality, efficient, and compliant services. Our department handles a wide range of activities, including purchasing operations, outgoing payments, cash allocation, fixed asset accounting, reconciliation, and reporting. We operate using integrated systems and a highly digital, automated environment.

💼 What You Will Do
Analyze company and supplier goods to ensure complete compliance with foreign trade laws.
Maintain data accuracy across complex processes based on technical and commercial product characteristics.
Collaborate with the Team Leader and Service Line Manager on ongoing projects and process enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts.
Ensure seamless operations within Accounts Payable and connected finance processes.
Work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with global teams.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree / Technical studies or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
Fluent German (B2.2 Certification Mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
Experience working with SAP, automation systems, and digital tools.
Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and attention to detail.
Service-oriented mindset with excellent customer-handling skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
Mandatory understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
