About the Role: Collection Team Lead
As a Collection Team Lead at Paytm, you will be instrumental in achieving collection targets for assigned branches. Your responsibilities include meeting product-specific targets, adhering to legal guidelines for collection, and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Achieve collection targets for the assigned branch.

Oversee collection agencies and in-house collectors’ compliance with legal guidelines.
Monitor for fraudulent practices and prevent losses.
